3.1 Service Scope

China Agent acts as a facilitator for sourcing, purchasing, and shipping goods from China.

We do not manufacture or own the goods supplied.

3.2 Shipment & Insurance

• • Each shipment is covered by a maximum insurance value of LKR 50,000.
• • Insurance claims are subject to verification and approval.

3.3 Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• • Airlines or shipping lines
• • Customs clearance processes
• • Government regulations
• • Natural disasters or unforeseen events

3.4 Product Responsibility

We are not responsible for the contents or quality of goods shipped. Customers bear full responsibility for:

• • Product selection
• • Compliance with Sri Lankan import regulations

3.5 Prohibited & Restricted

Customers must not send illegal, restricted, or banned items. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify:

• • Required import licenses
• • Restrictions by Sri Lanka Customs

Any issues arising from prohibited shipments will be solely borne by the customer.

3.6 Payments

All payments must be made in full before processing orders unless otherwise agreed.

Prices may vary based on exchange rates, freight charges, and supplier pricing.
