Every traveller needs a China visa. We prepare and submit the application with you; these are the documents the embassy asks for. More about the China visa.

At least 6 months of validity left from the date of application, and at least 2 blank visa pages.

Taken against a plain white background, 33 mm × 48 mm, full face, without headwear or glasses (headwear only for religious reasons).

Business registration certificate, or an employment letter
Your business registration certificate. If you are employed: an employment confirmation letter from your employer.

Bank statements for the last 3 months
The closing balance must be at least LKR 500,000 for a tourist visa and LKR 5,000,000 for a business visa. The balance must have built up gradually over time — a sudden deposit just before applying (for example a balance of LKR 10,000 that becomes LKR 510,000 after one deposit of LKR 500,000) is not accepted.

Day 1: Departure from Colombo
Evening flight from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) to China. Prepare for an impactful sourcing journey.
Day 2: Arrival in Yiwu & Santing Road Night Market
Meet and greet at the arrival gate by your tour lead and transfer to the hotel. After an orientation briefing, an evening walk through the Santing Road Night Market (Binwang) for local street food and trendy, high-volume retail goods.
Day 3-5: Core Business @ Yiwu International Trade City
Three full days of sourcing at the world-famous Futian Market (Districts 1-5): guided walkthroughs, floor-by-floor navigation, factory-supplier matchmaking, and digital tools to log products, calculate landed costs and manage multi-item logistics.
Day 6-7: Specialized Sub-Markets Sourcing
