DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. It is the ultimate worry-free shipping method. Unlike traditional freight where you have to hire a clearing agent and pay taxes upon arrival, DDP is an "all-in" service.

Order from Supplier

Place your order with your supplier (Alibaba, 1688, or direct factory) as you normally would.

Create Shipment

Get the CI & Packing List from the supplier and create a new shipment record on the China Agent App.

Consolidate & Ship

Once goods arrive at our warehouse, we verify, consolidate (combine packages), and ship them to Sri Lanka.

Clearance & Delivery

We handle all Sri Lanka customs clearance and deliver the goods straight to your doorstep.

Prohibited Items

We cannot ship weapons, drugs, explosives, flammables, or counterfeit branded goods.

Volumetric Weight

Light but bulky items (like pillows or plastic parts) are charged by volume: (L x W x H) / 6000.

Required Marking

All packages must be marked with your specific Shipping Mark generated in the China Agent App (e.g., CA-123456) or they may be lost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an import license?

No! With our DDP service, we use our own licenses to clear the goods. You do not need any specific import documentation or license.

What happens if my goods are damaged?

We offer basic insurance for lost items. For fragile items, we highly recommend asking your supplier to use wooden crates or bubble wrap. We can also provide repacking services at our warehouse for a small fee.

Can I ship batteries or electronics?

Yes, but these are classified as "Sensitive Goods" and travel on special cargo flights. The rate is slightly higher than general goods. Please contact us for the current Sensitive Goods rate.
